Three-Minute Morning Home Workout

On Friday morning when I woke up, my legs were still a little fatigued,
so I decided to skip my regular running training,
and did home workout instead.

I hit forearms, lats, traps, and shoulders today.
It's a combination of simple exercises of hand-standing,
and pull-up hold.

They are static, not looking very dynamic,
but a short workout of only three minutes
got me quite out of breath.
