May 28 Morning Run and Upper Body Training

As soon as I got up this morning,
I went for a short, slow run for 1.62 K in 8:48
just to wake myself up,
which worked as planned!

After coming home from run,
I did eccentric four-counting pull-ups,
and concentric four-counting dips,
to pump up my upper body.

Once the workout was done,
I felt totally refreshed,
got changed,
and went to work.
