June 23 2016 Midnight Upper Body & Core Training

As I had my left calf injured while running,
I must take a break from running awhile.
Meantime all the other parts of my body have no major problem,
so I hit my upper body and core tonight.
I did pull-ups ten sets of three reps.
And I did the same sets and reps for dips as well.
As a finisher I did 5 sets of one-minute core training.
