Wednesday Morning Workout: Body Weight Training and 3 K Run

I worked out for 30 minutes this morning.
After a short walk to a park near my house,
I did pike push-ups to hit my shoulders, traps, and tri-ceps.

I then went to another park across the street to do lying pull-ups
to hit my arms, lats, and back.
I did 72 reps, which were divided into two sets of 36 reps,
which were further divided into four sub-sets of 12, 10, 8, and 6 reps.
There is a short rest of 8 seconds between sub-sets,
and a longer rest of 30 seconds between sets.

Finally I left the park to go round the 650 M quarter pie-shaped road five times to cover 3.25 K.
Today's result is as follows:
0~650 M: 3:37
650~1300 M: 3:34
1300~1950 M: 3:30
1950~2600 M: 3:24
2600~3250 M: 3:22

This is equivalent to a 5:21~5:22/K pace.
