Cruise Ks

The night I came back from a two-hour corporate seminar I wanted to refresh myself,
so I decided to hit the road.
Today I did Cruise Ks.
In this training you repeat a 1 K run with a short interval between reps.
I did 5 reps today, aiming at my full marathon pace of 5:20 for each rep
with an interval of 30 seconds.
Today's result is as follows:

Warm Up: Slow jog for 46 seconds.
1st K: 5:15
Rest: 30 seconds
2nd K: 5:13
Rest: 30 seconds
3rd K: 5:08
Rest: 30 seconds
4th K: 5:10
Rest: 30 seconds
5th K: 5:07
Cool Down: Slow jog for 4:25

I felt like a new man when I hit a shower after the run.
