Tuesday Night 3 K Run

Two hours after having a light meal at Katsugyo Ohedo Ueno Nigohten,
my favorite kaiten-zushi restaurant in Ueno, Tokyo
I hit the road to keep my legs from weakening and to maintain my cardio-vascular capacity.
I ran around a quarter pie-shaped road near my home five times to cover 3.25 K.

Tonight's result is as follows:
0~650 M: 3:27
650~1300 M :3:29
1300~1950 M: 3:15
1950~2600 M: 3:08
2600~3250 M: 3:04

This is equivalent to a 5:03 pace/K.

I will carry on with this pace awhile before aiming for a faster pace.
Experience has taught me that if you increase the challenge too soon,
there is an inevitable drawback.
