Five hours after completing the first half of today's double training,
I embarked on the second part: 12.5 K recovery run.
There was slight discomfort in my right ankle,
but other than that I felt fine.
My body felt light just like in the second run of the previous double training,
and breathing was steady.
I had a good recovery run with the last 2.5 K finished at a pretty good lap.
