Home Workout
I worked out at home after coming home from work though I was originally planning to jog for an hour because a typhoon was coming and it was brutally windy, and even raining a bit. Today I mainly hit back and chest. I did five different back exercises and five different chest ones. I did a back workout and a chest workout alternately for a minute with a 15-second rest between exercises. I hadn't hit my chest for a quite a while, so it got rather wobbly toward the end. I'm afraid it will be sore in a couple of days.
