Both Sunday night and Monday morning I was out of town and skipped my regular training.
So on Monday afternoon after coming back home,
I ran 6 K to make up for the workout I missed.
I ran my first 3 K in as cruise Ks, and the remaining 3 K as sit-n-kick Ks.
